Official procedure and commitments to our clients — Pérennité Gestion de Patrimoine inc.
1. How to file a complaint
By email at admin@perennitegp.com, by phone at 819-360-5651, or by mail to: Complaint Handling Officer, Pérennité Gestion de Patrimoine inc., 178 boul. Gréber, Unit 101, Gatineau (Québec) J8T 6Z6. Please include your full contact details, a detailed description of the facts, the dates involved, any relevant documents and the corrective measure sought.
2. Our commitments
Acknowledgement of receipt within five (5) business days. A complete, objective review by the compliance officer. A final written response within ninety (90) days, in accordance with the requirements of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). All information is treated in strict confidence and complaint files are kept for a minimum of five (5) years.
3. If you are not satisfied
You may ask that your file be transferred to MICA Capital inc. (1-800-227-9648, micacapital.com) for securities-related complaints, or to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) directly (toll-free 1-877-525-0337, lautorite.qc.ca).
